After payment clearance, we require 1 working day to process your order. Then the item will be delivered to your door in the next 2-3 business days at most. FOR EXAMPLE: if your payment clears on Tuesday, we will normally dispatch your order on Wednesday, and you can expect your item on Friday, or the next Monday, the latest.
What is the condition for PayPal payment? For eBay members with feedback rating of 5 or less, we require the following 2 forms of identification info: (i) a contactable landline phone number; (ii) a copy of the driver's licence or utility bill (eg phone, gas or electricity) of the PayPal account holder which shows the address provided by PayPal. What is the difference between overseas/imported models and the Australian ones? The difference is very minimal. (i) Charger is one, you may need an adapter to work with, but we will provide 1 FREE in every package. (ii) A small number of stock may come in with a single Asian stroke on keys #1 - #5 along with English alphabets, while a large number of stock only come in English-only keypads. (iii) There may be a slight software variations, such as a couple of games or other extra (not-often-used) tools. Again this is not usually the case.
What is the pick-up arrangement for WA people? Pick up is welcome but by prior arrangement only. Since we operate without a retail outlet, a handling charge of $15 applies. We will require a 'token' deposit of $30 from customers for reservation. Then in the next 2-3 business days, your item will be ready for pick up and you can settle the account with cash if you so wish.
Why have I been told it's on back-order when your eBay listing said "in-stock"? eBay is one of our many sale channels. Even though we try our best to keep stock availability information up-to-date, we may run out of stock before we have had a chance to update the eBay listing. If you have placed an order for item(s) no longer in stock, we will inform you within 24 hours of the order being placed. As a gesture of goodwill and our way of expressing apology, we generally will give away a complimentary car charger together with your order.
What is the warranty term? All our brand new mobile phones come with a 12-month comprehensive vendor/dealer warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. What is your
return policy? Phones dead on arrival (DOA) have to be reported to us within 24 hours & returned within 7 days to qualify for a full refund of purchase price (less postage & handling cost). Return of items in opened box other than DOA case with seller's approval enables a refund less postage cost, and a further 10% for adminstration fee. FOR EXAMPLE: item=$300, postage=$18, refund=$270.
